Bernice and Ariel have joined the authors on their cleansing diet. This is one way they get part of their daily serving of brown rice.Serves 2 1 1/2 - 2 cups cooked brown rice Mix the rice, apple, berries, Splenda, cinnamon and 1/2 cup rice milk together in a saucepan and heat until warm. Most of the rice milk will be absorbed. Divide into 2 bowls. Add 1/4 cup cold rice milk to each bowl before serving. |
